The ideal time is between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM when the sun rises over the ghats. This is when the light is most magical, bathers fill the steps, and the city has a unique spiritual energy that is simply impossible to find at any other hour.
Absolutely. All our boats are equipped with life jackets for every passenger including children. We have canopy boats with comfortable seating that are ideal for senior citizens. Our boatmen are experienced and safety is always our first priority.
Dev Diwali boat slots typically fill up 6–8 weeks in advance. We strongly recommend booking at least 2 months before the date. This is the single most popular event on the Ganga calendar and availability is very limited.
Yes, same-day bookings for Asthi Visarjan and Pind Daan are usually possible. We understand these are urgent and emotionally sensitive moments. Call or WhatsApp us directly and we will arrange everything — the boat, the pandit, and the puja samagri — with care and compassion.
We accept all major payment modes — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash, and bank transfer. For most bookings no advance payment is required; you pay on arrival at the ghat. For special events and large group bookings a small advance may be needed.
We provide pickup from all major ghats — Assi Ghat, Dashashwamedh Ghat, Namo Ghat, Shivala, and Kedar Ghat. Most hotels in Varanasi are within walking distance of one of these ghats. We can advise you on the best pickup point based on your hotel location.
